本课程作为我校工程系列的一门技术基础必修课程，以自动控制系统为主体，辅以各种自动化仪表和控制装置，介绍生产过程有关变量的测量控制方法，介绍自动控制系统的组成和简单、复杂、先进、计算机控制、单元操作控制，以及在设计、运行中与工艺过程有关知识要点。通过本课程的学习，学生能够掌握自控系统基本知识和常见自动化仪表的特点及其使用方法，了解生产过程自动化的现状和发展方向，逐步培养起参与自控设计、改造以及现场操作控制能力。 课程内容包括： 自动控制系统概述 （ 3 学时） , 过程特性 （ 2 学时） , 检测变送（ 5 学时） , 显示仪表 （ 1 学时） , 执行器 （ 2 学时） , 控制器 （ 5 学时） , 简单控制系统（ 2 学时） , 复杂控制系统（ 5 学时） , 先进控制系统（ 1 学时） , 计算机控制系统（ 4 学时） , 生产过程控制（ 2 学时） 教学时数： 32 （理论讲授） +12 （实验） This course is one of compulsory courses of engineering technology series in our university. It is based on automatic control system, assisted with varies of automation instruments and control equipments. It introduces measure and control methods of the variables in the process, the composing of automatic control system, and simple, complex, advanced, computer control and unit manipulate control, as well as the knowledge outline related with craftwork process in the design and circulation. After the study of this course, students can master the basic knowledge of automatic control system and the characteristic of the common automation instruments and the operation, realize the actuality and development of the process automation, and gradually build up the capability of attending automation design, alternation and local operation. The contents of the course will include: Automatic control system basis (3 periods), Process characteristic (2 periods), Measurement and transmitter (5 periods), Display instrument (1 periods), Executor (2 periods), Controller (5 periods), S imple control system (2 periods), Complex control system (5 periods), Advanced control system (1 periods), Computer control system (4 periods) and Process control (2 periods).
